Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
  • Personal care items (e.g. cosmetics, undergarments)

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately inform you of the status of your refund after the inspection.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [your support email] and send your item to: [your return address].

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
